  • What if I am not satisfied with a purchase? Do you offer refunds?
    I truly want you to be satisfied with what you get on this website. Because of the risk of my intellectual property being used, copied and then refunded, it is not possible for me to refund you. I urge you to make sure you are comfortable with this before purchasing . We can always chat in the DMs of FB, IG or through email by messaging woodflowercoach@gmail.com to make sure that you are totally comfortable with me and the integrity of the way I run my page and products before making a purchase. All service provided is in good faith.
  • What if I want a coaching call but the hours that work for me are unavailable?
    I have a busy business schedule at North Wood Blooms LLC and a family, so I set my coaching hours to work best for me. However, I do truly care about connecting, so if this is the case, please send a personalized email to woodflowercoach@gmail.com describing what you are looking for and times that work for you. It is very likely that I will be able to move things around to serve you!
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
